Yes, it's interesting... i complete agree about the brain's wiring process -- I recently did a workshop on how to integrate activities with your highest priorities. Your brain delegates resources to the top 4 priorities it deems important for you.... . It turns out in order to make 'performing an activity' important to your brain you have to link it to your top priorities... to rewire the old process by quantitative and qualitative techniques. very very powerful stuff. you can't just trick your brain with positive thinking. The law of sustainment says -- "you cannot sustain actions that are in direct conflict with how you see yourself".
